Al-Abadi didn’t allow demonstrators to enter in the Green Zone and declared state C in the Capital Baghdad

The Information office of the Iraqi Prime Minister issued a press statement and rejected regarding alleged news that Iraqi government has allowed the protesters to enter in the central Baghdad’s most sensitive Green Zone.

Some media reports indicated that Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi has ordered to allow peaceful demonstrators to enter the Green Zone, but these reports are false and not true. Point to be noted that eastern channel sparked breaking news and one of their correspondent was inside the Green Zone. The correspondent of eastern channel reported that Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi has confirmed that he has given permission to allow the peaceful protesters to enter in the Green Zone in central Baghdad.

It is important that the Baghdad Operation Command has announced the alarming state “C” to alert all the law and enforcement agencies in Baghdad. A statement issued by the Operation Command that the Baghdad Operation Command has issued detailed instructions to all the Iraqi security elements for pausing their official holidays and join their military units and agencies. The Iraqi leadership also declared an alarming state “C” in the capital Baghdad. This decision took place after the invasion of angry protesters in the Green Zone and attack on the Iraqi Parliament on Saturday morning. The storm of protesters entered into the Green Zone and then invaded the Iraqi Parliament for destruction of offices inside the Iraqi House of Representatives.
