The Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi has planned to change at least 22 heads of independent bodies.
MP for the rule of law Muhammad Jaasim Jaafar Al-Bayati said in a press statement that 22 heads will be changed by Haider Al-Abadi very soon. He further added that there is a thoughtful objective by the Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi in a variety of changes, especially focusing on the administrative changes in various financial institutions and sectors. Jaafar Al-Bayati further added that it has been confirmed that Iraqi Prime Minister has made a plan to terminate at least 22 heads of independent bodies and new independent personalities will be appointed.
Jaafar Al-Bayati said that new personalities will not be affiliated to any Iraqi political party or bloc, so they would be able to work without any political pressure. He stressed that the adoption of reforms will be according to the specific mechanism prepared in coordination with perfect cooperation between executive and legislative branches in Iraq. He added that the upcoming legislative term would bring a lot of major projects in order to achieve reforms in the Iraqi executive and legislative institutions. The Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi earlier dismissed 5 managers including Rafidain Bank, Rasheed Bank, Agricultural Bank and Iraqi trade and industrial Bank. Iraqi Prime Minister also made essential change in the Iraqi Media Network and Intelligence.
