Air strikes launched by coalition forces in Iraq and Syria on 26-07-2016 damaged the key fighting posts and tactical units of ISIS militants. These air strikes are paving way for the forth coming war in Mosul and surrounding to regain the control of the city from militants in Mosul.
The official reports launched by Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve shows the following results of the air strikes on Iraq and Syria yesterday.
Attacks in Syria
According to Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve forces, 13 air strikes were conducted in Syria to gain military targets. The strikes were 98% perfectly launched with the results. The tactical units of ISIS were attacked in these strikes that destroyed the key supply cache of militants and 15 fighting positions including a tactical unit of militants. These strikes were conducted near Manbij city of Syria after understanding the key positions of militants in the region.
The 6 air strikes were launched new Mara region of Syria in which militants has to bear a huge loss. The Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve attacked and destroyed at least five tactical units of militants and five fighting positions. All of these attacks are sure way to weaken the fighting capacity of ISIS in the region. The security forces are facing difficulties fighting against this organization because of the wealth it has to support its ideas in the Syria and Iraq. They are able to buy anything in the region whether it is views of someone. It is said some media groups in Syria are paid by ISIS to promote their stuff in the common people.
Air Strikes in Iraq
Iraq is under attack by militants especially in Mosul. They are controlling the large part of the city and killing security forces in the region. A grand operation is going to launch in the city with the help of Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve, Iraq security forces and Peshmerga of Kurdistan. The air strikes are being launched in the city to destroy the fighting positions of ISIS militants. According to recent Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve official reports seven air strikes were conducted in different cities of Iraq against ISIS militants. One air strike was conducted in Rutbah city of Iraq and destroyed one tactical unit of militants. Mosul is the main focus of Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve forces.
The air strikes conducted in the Mosul destroyed militant’s vehicles, a strong weapon supply cache and a camp base. The coalition forces are controlling their operation in the Qayyarah and therefore its protection is the most important element for Iraq and coalition forces.
