Iranian interference & the presence of Iranian Quds Force Commander in Fallujah: Allawi


The former Iraqi Prime Minister Iyad Allawi has warned about the Iranian interloping in Fallujah. He also pointed out that Iraq is currently experiencing sectarian battle in the country and not fighting against fear or terrorism.

He further pointed out regarding the presence of Iranian Quds Force Commander Qasem Soleimani on the border of Fallujah. He said that it is an alarming situation that Iran is directly interfering in the Iraqi internal affairs. Allawi further added in his press interview that Iraq is facing heavy sectarian battle and it is not directly related to the operations against terrorism activities. This sectarian battle pushed at least half million people in it. He referenced to the violations from the popular crowd and heavy bombing by the Iraqi air force randomly on the Fallujah city as it resulted a large number of casualties of civilians.

Allawi condemned and warned about the interference of Iranian fighters in Mosul and Fallujah cities. He stressed that it would increase the sensitivity due to some heavy violations by the popular crowd. They also destroyed areas early liberalized and forcefully displacement of residents of Fallujah. He pointed out that Iran is responsible in generating the sectarian atmosphere that is being experienced by Iraq and it is increasing powerfully in the country by the regional and international interference, especially led by Iran. He added that they don’t believe on the political agreement and don’t follow the laws. He pointed out the appearance of Iranian Quds Force Commander Qasem Soleimani with the former Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri Al-Maliki at the Fallujah borders.
